Neighborhood Welcome aims to connect new homeowners with local merchants, medical and professional services, as well as civic and non-profit organizations, for long-term, profitable relationships that will benefit the entire community.

Neighborhood Welcome is a personalized advertising service that exposes small to mid-size business to new homeowners who recently purchased homes valued at $275,000+.

Neighborhood Welcome gets there first and in person to influence the buying decisions of this desirable market who spend more in the first 90 days after their home purchase than other residents spend in five years!  Our customized neighborhood marketing program plants seeds for growing long-term business relationships.

Who We Are

We're truly your neighbors!  As new homeowners in the far north and northwest Valley, we were left to identify new pediatricians, hair dressers and more.  As friends and neighbors moved in, we noticed their need for the same information. 

Kellie Harker is a part-time real estate manager and full-time mother from Peoria.  She lives in Peoria with her husband and two boys.  When she represents you or visits you, you'll find her knowledgeable and passionate about the neighborhood. 

Amy Jordan brings a decade of business communications and advertising management experience with two of the valley's largest employers to her role as partner in Neighborhood Welcome.  Amy believes strongly in face-to-face and word-of-mouth marketing to develop new business with engaged customers who'll be more loyal and spend more with your establishment! She and her husband live in Stetson Valley.
